Spotlighted Hope Background Card

This card features a spotlight technique. The gray background is stamped first. Second, use a teal marker to color in a smaller portions of the background stamp and stamp on white. Finally use two sized circle punches to create the pop-out look. Accent the card with a simple red ribbon and three silver brads.
